Alexandra (Allie) Timmerman, DDS, is originally from East Lansing, Michigan. She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College, where she also met her husband, Zachary. During her time at Michigan State, Dr. Timmerman led dental outreach trips to the Dominican Republic, where she and fellow pre-dental students assisted local dentists in delivering care to underserved communities. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.

Dr. Timmerman is excited to join the greater Grand Rapids community and is committed to staying up to date in her field through continuing education. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and their Golden Retriever, Tootsie. Her hobbies include golfing, wakeboarding, camping, painting, and traveling. Dr. Timmerman is thrilled to be part of the compassionate and experienced team at Bander Dental Group.
